Policy Enquiry and Alteration
You may login in Well Link Life's electronic policy service platform for policy enquiry. Please register our eService at your soonest convenient to enjoy online policy enquiry, submit policy change request and send us a claim notification at ease anytime, anywhere.
You may also complete related change form (download form), together with necessary documents (if applicable), and submit to one of our Wealth Management Centres in person or mail to Head Office of Well Link Life at Units 16-18, 11/F., China Merchants Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

Policy Enquiries

Auto Renewal
Insured person will receive a reminder from Well Link Insurance on auto renewal, with confirmation of renewal premium to be billed via your credit card.
Manual Renewal
Insured person will receive a renewal reminder prior policy expiration from Well Link Insurance on manual renewal. Log in to your account, update personal details (if necessary) and make payment online to immediately complete renewal.
Auto Renewal Rearrangement or Termination
Please call Well Link Insurance Customer Service Hotline at +852 2884 8888 for rearrangement or termination of auto renewal.
Policy Cancellation
You must notify Well Link Insurance in writing for policy cancellation, and cancellation will be confirmed after 7 days from the date the notice was received. Well Link Insurance will refund the paid premium on a pro rata basis, with administrative expenses to be deducted from the refund amount. Administrative expenses are set out as below:

In the event of policy cancellation of private motor insurance or motorcycle insurance due to sales of respective vehicle, along with a new policy enrollment of private motor insurance or motorcycle insurance at Well Link Insurance, administrative expenses for the original private motor insurance or motorcycle insurance will be deducted from the premium of new policy.
