Well Link Insurance Group had announced its commitment to donate HK$5million to support the city's combat of the coronavirus, among which HK$1milion was allocated to FTU Employment Development Service Limited to support the establishment of local mask production lines. Masks produced would be distributed freely to the elderly, underprivileged and those in urgent need. The cheque presentation ceremony was held in February, with Mr. KP Chan, CEO of Well Link Insurance Group, presenting the cheque to FTU Employment Development Service Limited. Well Link Insurance Group had also donated 8,000 pieces of masks to a welfare institution for giving away to those grassroots in need.
